Position Overview
Fidelity ADT is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Relationship Manager to drive growth, strengthen community ties, and enhance customer retention. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities, key customers, and strategic partners to support business growth and market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell community-focused solutions, driving sales and visibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase profitability and market presence
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness
- Partner with Branch Managers to monitor performance and implement strategies to reduce customer attrition
- Identify emerging market trends and business opportunities within assigned areas
- Manage schemes through regular communications and formal meetings with stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key community members and customers
- Represent the company at community events to strengthen brand visibility
- Build effective relationships with SAPS, Community Watches, CPFs, and Community Forums
- Attend SAPS CPF community meetings, including AGMs, monthly, weekly, and ad hoc meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction levels
- Provide insights for product development and marketing strategies based on community feedback
- Track competitor activity and analyze suburb-specific data such as new clients, attrition, terminations, and crime rates to optimize community management
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Skills, Attributes & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer management roles
- Proven success in developing and managing strong customer and community relationships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to overcome challenges and drive results
- Experience in consumer goods or security industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to quality and excellence
- Willingness to work flexible and extended hours as required
