Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking two Operations Managers for the Robertville Branch in Johannesburg. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all site-specific security requirements are met, client expectations are exceeded, and security operations are managed efficiently and professionally in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
  • PSIRA Grade A/B registered and accredited, up to date
  • No criminal record or pending cases
  • Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
  • 2–5 years’ site supervisory or management experience
  • Staff management experience essential
  • Computer literate
  • Physically fit and in good health
  • Must reside in the greater Johannesburg area or be willing to relocate at own cost

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships between Fidelity Security Services and clients
  • Provide daily feedback and liaison with management and clients
  • Compile, distribute, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Manage and report on all incidents, accidents, and investigations
  • Obtain and review statements related to investigations
  • Ensure timely posting of Security Officers for full site coverage on all shifts per client SLA
  • Monitor Security Officers’ compliance with contractual requirements
  • Discipline staff and attend CCMA or Labour Court hearings as required
  • Continuously evaluate service levels and recommend improvements to clients
  • Assess client premises to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Audit and verify access registers daily and generate exception reports

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and administrative abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and client liaison skills
  • Experience in investigation techniques and report writing
  • Ability to work extended or flexible hours as required
  • Capable of working under pressure and independently
  • Analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
