Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant in Kleinmond to drive sales of security solutions and provide exceptional service to clients. This role focuses on sourcing new business, selling innovative security products, and exceeding sales targets while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new and existing customers
  • Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and customer satisfaction
  • Generate and close deals from self-sourced leads and internal referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting to track performance and target achievement
  • Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales activities

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets, preferably in capital goods sales
  • Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems advantageous
  • Matric or equivalent qualification

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, Email, and Internet usage
  • Presentable with professional demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • Passion for new business development and electronic/technical equipment

  • Meet and exceed revenue sales targets and acquire new clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotes to maximize conversions
