Job Overview
Fidelity is looking for driven and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team. This role focuses on selling armed monitoring agreements, alarm systems, CCTV, electric fences, and other security solutions to residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to new and existing clients
- Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and customer focus
- Develop and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders
- Generate and close self-sourced and internal leads
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Handle administrative duties related to sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications & Experience
- PSIRA registration
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- Proven sales experience with a track record in capital goods or technical product sales
- Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is advantageous
