Position Summary
Fidelity Vacancies is looking for a proactive and energetic Hybrid Sales Consultant to drive the sales of security solutions, including armed monitoring agreements, armed response services, alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, and electric fences. The role focuses on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new clients
  • Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, additions to existing alarm systems, CCTV systems, and electric fences
  • Generate and close self-sourced deals
  • Follow up on leads received internally or via telesales
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales activities
  • Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric or equivalent
  • Proven sales experience with a track record in capital goods sales (not FMCG)
  • Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS and DSC alarm systems is advantageous
  • PSIRA Grade C registration is an advantage

  • Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Internet)

  • Hunter for new business opportunities

  • Maintain high standards in client relationships and estate account management
  • Ensure all leads and quotes are followed up promptly
