Quality Control Superintendent

Sea Harvest is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Superintendent to oversee and ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of Food Safety and Quality Control standards. This role focuses on ensuring that all processes related to frozen incoming materials comply with the company’s Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, implement, and maintain all aspects of Food Safety and Quality Control systems
• Ensure compliance with company standards for frozen incoming materials
• Monitor and evaluate quality control processes to maintain high standards
• Conduct inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to procedures
• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities
• Promote a culture of quality and food safety across the operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in line with company objectives
