Quality Systems Manager

Sea Harvest is seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s Quality and Food Safety systems. This role ensures that all processes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements, supporting consistent product quality and safety across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, implement, and maintain all aspects of Quality and Food Safety management systems
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, food safety regulations, and company policies
• Monitor and evaluate quality and safety processes to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure adherence to procedures
• Manage documentation and record-keeping for all quality and safety activities
• Provide guidance and training to staff to promote a culture of quality and food safety
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product standards
