VC Improvement Specialist – Sasol careers

Key Accountabilities

• Independently manage and complete assigned projects, delivering results on time and within milestones.
• Optimize production unit operations by analyzing performance data and implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with all divisions to resolve site production issues.
• Participate in developing and monitoring operating budgets, partnering with Finance to control costs and report monthly performance metrics.
• Support development of operating procedures, review and validate training material, and update documents required for ISO certification.
• Build strong working relationships with Integrated Planning and Business Teams to drive unit optimization.
• Identify optimization opportunities using knowledge of variable production costs and propose innovative project solutions.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to address client specifications and inquiries.
• Develop personnel management skills, understanding policies and practices for supervising employees.

Formal Education

• University Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Working Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience

Required Personal and Professional Skills

• Excellent organizational skills with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
