Key Accountabilities
- Independently manage and complete assigned projects, delivering results on time and within milestones.
- Optimize production unit operations by analyzing performance data and implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with all divisions to resolve site production issues.
- Participate in developing and monitoring operating budgets, partnering with Finance to control costs and report monthly performance metrics.
- Support development of operating procedures, review and validate training material, and update documents required for ISO certification.
- Build strong working relationships with Integrated Planning and Business Teams to drive unit optimization.
- Identify optimization opportunities using knowledge of variable production costs and propose innovative project solutions.
- Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to address client specifications and inquiries.
- Develop personnel management skills, understanding policies and practices for supervising employees.
Formal Education
- University Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Working Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
Required Personal and Professional Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
