Job Description
Support the Group FP&A Manager in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Provide accurate documentation and reports, drive automation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting

• Prepare periodic Group forecasts and evaluate results for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Provide explanations for significant variances.
• Maintain and enhance forecast models for improved reliability.

Annual Budget

• Develop budgets within established timelines and guidelines.
• Prepare reports and performance analyses.
• Assist with commentary and presentations for management review.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

• Prepare monthly, board, half-year, year-end, and ad hoc reports.
• Analyze group performance and assist with explanatory commentary and presentations.

Decision Support and Advisory Services

• Address ad hoc queries and requests from management.
• Investigate issues, provide reports, and offer recommendations as required.

Process Improvement

• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• BCom or relevant tertiary qualification; CIMA qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar FP&A role.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with QlikView, Adaptive Insights, and Power BI is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound understanding of key business processes and practices.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Methodical, meticulous, and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Logical thinking and strong numeric ability.
• Deadline-driven and results-oriented.
