Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Engineering to lead and manage the implementation of operational plans for the Saldanha Asset Care function. The role ensures that all land-based operational assets are compliant, available, and performing to standard, supporting the achievement of strategic efficiency, productivity, and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans for asset management.
• Ensure all land-based assets are compliant with safety and operational standards.
• Monitor asset performance and availability to optimize efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and support profitability targets.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering leadership or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of operational planning and asset maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive efficiency, productivity, and performance improvements.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
