Affinity Health is seeking a skilled Mandarin Speaking Business Analyst to bridge the gap between clients and product teams, delivering high-quality IT business solutions. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills, experience in IT projects for insurance, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand business needs.
• Identify stakeholders and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.
• Determine IT business solutions and support their implementation.
• Facilitate requirements and design discussions between clients and product teams.
• Challenge and refine business requirements to ensure optimal solutions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures while delivering high-quality business solutions.
• Propose, implement, and drive best practices in product business analysis.
• Contribute expertise to the management and enhancement of existing and new products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or equivalent; technical competence and IT capability required.
• Experience in IT projects within insurance companies, interpreting functional and non-functional requirements to deliver robust solutions.
• Proven experience in driving design discussions and ensuring sustainable end-to-end solutions.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and communicating confidently across teams.
• Adaptable to dynamic project portfolios and able to work across functions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with in-house development teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of deployment and support of insurance systems.
