Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is seeking a skilled Cooler Coordinator to join the Sales Department. Reporting to the Regional Sales Execution Manager in Gauteng Eastrand, the Cooler Coordinator ensures accurate sales execution information, maintains cooler processes, and supports operational standards across the region.

Key Purpose
Provide sales execution information and service to customers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of cooler-related activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute full cooler processes, including EMO placement, tracking, and Annexure A management.
• Receive, manage, and track incoming EMOs.
• Capture and maintain data for EMOs and related measurements.
• Liaise with team members and district sales teams regarding EMO queries.
• Support Redmart and EMO execution to ensure timely SLA deliveries.
• Maintain and manage EMO and Annexure A documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships.
• Assist with EMO shopping cart updates and tracking documents.
• Provide reports, handle customer queries, and update sales execution information.
• Support general sales execution administration tasks.

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications / Experience

• Matric plus minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in an FMCG environment
• Currently studying towards a relevant diploma
• Sound knowledge of Margin Minder; SAP S&D experience advantageous
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
