Job Overview:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant Kleinmond to drive sales of security solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to sell innovative security products while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, delivering tailored security solutions to clients
- Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security products
- Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and customer focus
- Generate and close deals from self-sourced leads and internal referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to monitor progress and performance
- Maintain accurate sales administration and documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods or technical product sales
- Knowledge of intruder detection systems (IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar) is advantageous
- Matric or equivalent qualification
