About the DynamX Trainee Programme
The DynamX Trainee Programme is a highly competitive 24-month development journey made up of structured, fixed-term segments. Progression through each phase is based on robust performance evaluations across the full programme period.
Participants rotate every six months, gaining cross-functional exposure across multiple teams within their business area. The DynamX Trainee Programme follows the 70-20-10 learning model, where 70% of development comes from hands-on projects and real-world challenges, 20% from mentorship and developmental relationships, and 10% from formal training and coursework.
The programme empowers future leaders to think differently, take smart risks, and unlock new opportunities. Upon successful completion of the 24 months, graduates of the DynamX Trainee Programme become eligible to apply for diverse career opportunities within AB InBev, helping shape a future with more cheers.

Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:
- Finance
- People (Psychology or Human Resources-related disciplines)
- Marketing
- Technology
- Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- No more than two years of total full-time formal work experience by the programme start date.
- Bachelor’s degree completed by programme start date from a recognized tertiary institution within the required timeframe.
- Legal authorization to work in the country.
- Willingness to be geographically mobile within South Africa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
