About the Role
The Mid-Level Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of brand initiatives by managing projects end-to-end, coordinating internal and external teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role acts as a reliable point of contact for brand stakeholders and studio teams, supporting both day-to-day execution and strategic project oversight within AB InBev.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Support Senior Business Account Leads in managing assigned brands and act as a primary contact for brand and studio teams.
- Translate brand and business objectives into clear project briefs, delivery plans, and execution priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders through consistent communication and follow-through.
- Own the end-to-end project management of initiatives, including planning, tasking, tracking, and delivery.
- Coordinate internal studio resources and partner agencies to ensure timely delivery to agreed standards.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks, escalating early with context and proposed solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables are approved through proper governance and review processes.
- Assign tasks correctly within studio systems and monitor resource allocation.
- Support accurate application of rates and scopes for reliable reporting and cost tracking.
- Actively monitor timesheets and delivery inputs, encouraging completion and addressing inconsistencies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, scopes, briefs, and status updates.
- Follow and reinforce studio workflows, tools, and best practices across all assigned projects.
- Identify opportunities to streamline delivery, improve clarity, and support continuous improvement.
- Support performance tracking and reporting, contributing to post-campaign reviews and insights.
- Use data and learnings to inform delivery decisions and enhance future project execution.
- Develop confidence in interpreting performance metrics under the guidance of senior leads.
- Seek feedback and coaching to build account leadership capabilities.
- Gradually take on increasing responsibility, including ownership of larger workstreams.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, creatives, strategists, and agency partners to achieve strong outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Formal project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile) is a plus but not mandatory.
- 2–5 years’ experience in marketing, account management, or project management roles, ideally in an agency or internal brand studio environment.
- Exposure to consumer brands, preferably FMCG or beverage sectors.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., WorkBook, Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Competent in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Brandwatch, Emplifi) is a plus.
- Understanding of budget, rate, and resource management principles.
