About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Packaging Process Operator to manage and optimize packaging operations, ensuring high-quality output and safe, efficient processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate machines, including start-up, shut down, and continuous running.
• Perform brand pack changes and autonomous maintenance tasks.
• Regularly check machines to ensure correct setup and operation.
• Monitor process performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in problem-solving activities within the process area.
• Provide training, coaching, and assessment for operational team members.
• Contribute knowledge to enhance process capability and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Attributes and Competencies:

• Active team player with vigilance and quick response.
• Strong problem-solving ability and manual dexterity.
• Proven track record in SAB operations and prior performance reliability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Summative assessment on at least two machines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a packaging process environment.
