About the Program:
The DynamX Logistics Trainee programme is a 24-month structured development initiative designed to unleash potential through rotational experiences across cross-functional teams. The programme follows the 70-20-10 learning model, where 70% of learning comes from challenging projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from formal training. Successful completion of the programme prepares participants to take on key roles within the business and contribute to SAB’s growth.

Profile:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• No more than 2 years of total full-time work experience (internships, vacation work, or short-term contracts excluded).
• Completed Bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Legal work authorization in the country.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
