About the Program:
Labourtek Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our agri-FMCG client’s engineering team in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will perform fleet maintenance, conduct fault diagnostics, maintain job cards, and respond to breakdowns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled maintenance on diesel-powered trucks, forklifts, and related vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement timely solutions
• Maintain accurate job cards and service records
• Attend to vehicle breakdowns promptly
• Support the engineering team with general mechanical tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mechanical Trade Test Certificate in Diesel Mechanics
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mechanical workshop environment
• Technical expertise with diesel engines and associated vehicles
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid Code EC driver’s license
• PDP or forklift license is advantageous
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime
