Cabin Crew Instructor – Job Description

• Deliver high-quality training in line with approved training manuals and updated learning material
• Identify and address learning challenges, instructional gaps, and emerging training needs
• Continuously improve training delivery methods and the overall trainee experience
• Align training needs with organisational and operational requirements
• Facilitate classroom-based and virtual training sessions
• Monitor trainee progress and provide structured, individual feedback to support development
• Complete, maintain, and distribute training records in accordance with regulatory and company procedures
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of training material
• Prepare training venues and ensure all training resources are available and ready
• Remain current with applicable regulations, notices, directives, SOPs, and company policies

Cabin Crew Instructor – Job Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Current and valid RSA Cabin Crew Licence
• Current South African Civil Aviation Authority instructor designation in Cabin Crew
• Train the Trainer and Assessor certifications
• Diploma or training-related qualification
• Minimum of 1,000 hours flying experience as an active Cabin Crew Member
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
• Sound knowledge of SACAA regulations
• Strong knowledge of SACAA-aligned Standard Operating Procedures
• Solid understanding of educational and training techniques and methodologies
