Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the store
- Drive sales performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly turnover targets
- Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage remains within company targets
- Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Monitor and control store expenses
- Deliver world-class customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct and supervise hanger counts
- Perform regular spot checks at the service desk and fitting rooms
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years’ experience managing a fashion retail store
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a retail team
Technical Competencies
- Computer literate with proficiency in Excel and Word
