Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the store
• Drive sales performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly turnover targets
• Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage remains within company targets
• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Monitor and control store expenses
• Deliver world-class customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct and supervise hanger counts
• Perform regular spot checks at the service desk and fitting rooms

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• 3–5 years’ experience managing a fashion retail store
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a retail team

Technical Competencies

• Computer literate with proficiency in Excel and Word
