Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store
- Manage stock losses to ensure shrinkage remains within company targets
- Drive turnover to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Monitor and control store expenses effectively
- Deliver world-class customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct and supervise hanger counts
- Perform regular spot checks at the service desk and fitting rooms
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years’ experience managing a fashion retail store
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a retail team
