Job Description
The Fishshop Manager is responsible for the profitable and efficient day-to-day management of the store. This role ensures exceptional customer service, effective stock management, and achievement of sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure product quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle administrative tasks, including cash management, reporting, and scheduling.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members.

Qualifications & Skills
