Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering reliable security solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new clients
- Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and related security solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the customer base
Qualifications & Experience
- PSIRA registration
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in capital goods sales
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar alarm systems is advantageous
Job Requirements & Attributes
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
- Strong selling ability with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet usage
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate new business
- Interest and aptitude for electronic and technical security equipment
Duties
- Generate and close sales opportunities from both self-sourced and allocated leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other partners
- Compile accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Maintain all sales-related administrative responsibilities with attention to detail
Performance Standards
- Achieve revenue targets and drive new client acquisition
- Maintain high-quality relationships with existing clients
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on all leads and quotations
