Position Summary
Fidelity ADT is seeking a proactive and experienced Community Relationship Manager to drive growth, build lasting relationships, and support local market strategies. The incumbent will be responsible for developing strong community connections, identifying new business opportunities, maximizing sales, and reducing attrition, ensuring the company’s market share and profitability in their designated area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell community security solutions to clients and local schemes
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to increase brand visibility and support local initiatives
  • Monitor and strategize to reduce client attrition within the community
  • Conduct scheme management activities, including regular communications and formal meetings
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, SAPS, Community Watches, CPFs, and local forums
  • Attend community events and meetings to increase brand presence and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and company goals achieved
  • Analyze market trends, crime statistics, attrition, terminations, and new client activity to inform strategies
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for business growth
  • Provide feedback for product development and marketing strategies based on customer and market insights

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer management roles
  • Proven track record in developing and managing customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in consumer goods or security industry is advantageous
  • Flexible with extended working hours
