Store Manager – Pep Vacancies

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining world-class store standards

• Uphold the store image through effective merchandising, stock management, and promotional execution

• Minimise stock loss by fostering a positive store culture and strictly adhering to security, stock, and cash handling procedures

• Control costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by identifying and driving operational efficiencies

• Ensure all store administration is completed accurately and in accordance with company guidelines

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through ongoing training, coaching, and performance management

• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the store

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification

• Proficiency in English

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business or retail management will be an advantage

• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft and/or Google GSuite

• High level of integrity with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

• Proven managerial ability to plan, lead, organise, and control store operations

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment

• Willingness to work retail trading hours
