Job Overview
Fidelity is seeking a motivated and results-driven Hybrid Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on selling advanced security solutions, including alarm systems, CCTV, electric fences, and armed monitoring agreements, to residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers
- Promote and sell new alarm systems, upgrades, CCTV systems, and electric fences
- Target and sell to estates, complexes, and new property developments
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new clients and hardware sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales activities
- Maintain all administrative duties related to sales, including leads tracking and client follow-ups
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous security sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales
- Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS and DSC (mandatory)
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- PSIRA Grade C registration

- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet
- Presentable and professional with sober habits
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Aptitude for electronic and technical equipment related to alarms and monitoring platforms
- Hunter mindset with responsibility for self-sourced leads

- Maintain high-quality relationships with existing clients and estates
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotes
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements
