Purpose of the Job:
The Talent Acquisition Senior Consultant will drive strategic recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent across multiple disciplines and levels. You will collaborate with hiring managers and TA leadership to ensure sourcing, selection, and hiring align with business goals. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s workforce.
Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure thorough due diligence in recruitment processes.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks to identify high-potential talent aligned with Deloitte’s values.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Lead offer negotiations and streamline acceptance processes for a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring process efficiency and data accuracy.
- Champion diversity and inclusion by promoting equitable hiring practices.
- Build and maintain talent pools through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights to refine recruitment strategies.
- Support seamless onboarding by collaborating with HR teams.
- Achieve key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure accuracy in hiring documentation and data management.
- Represent Deloitte at employer branding events (career fairs, campus drives, webinars).
- Contribute to TA initiatives, recommending process and policy improvements.
- Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Postgraduate degree preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and market trends.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS, recruitment tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
