Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with WMS CargoWrite
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
Job-Related Requirements
- Experience in stock control, inbound, outbound, and return processes
- Ability to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies effectively
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, leading, controlling, and monitoring warehouse operations
- Effective communication at all levels within the organization
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to meet and manage internal and personal KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, work instructions, and operational workloads
- Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of inventory management principles
- Ability to work extended hours or after hours when required
- Plan, prepare, and execute daily workloads for team distribution
- Compile operational data into reports for performance tracking, progress monitoring, and investigations
- Initiate and manage disciplinary actions when required
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure full site compliance with DSV policies, regulations, work instructions, and maintenance schedules
- Conduct internal SHERQ audits to maintain health, safety, environmental, and facility compliance
- Apply intermediate knowledge of Industrial Relations to lead, train, and manage team performance

Main Purpose of the Role
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for managing and controlling inbound and outbound operations, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee outbound operations for all facility clients
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports aligned to KPIs and contractual obligations
- Investigate operational deviations and complete CAPA documentation where necessary
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations
- Provide daily operational reports to management
- Monitor and report staff attendance and performance
- Support other departments and operational areas when required
- Oversee special projects and initiatives
- Reward positive employee behavior and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with 5S standards and SPQRCE principles
- Conduct conflict management and maintain a productive work environment
- Perform hourly floor walks to monitor staff and ensure health and safety compliance
- Drive teams to achieve daily targets in line with contractual obligations
- Conduct staff meetings to review daily and weekly activities, plan workloads, and support continuous improvement
- Ensure all client-specific KPIs are met and comply with quality system requirements
- Keep management informed of operational progress, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Assist in physical warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain high team motivation to deliver exceptional customer service
