Job Overview
The Key Account Manager SecureDrive is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting the delivery of all Fidelity SecureDrive services. This role focuses on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the successful execution of all account-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met
- Address queries related to tracking portals, new fitments, repairs, stolen vehicle recoveries, and other relevant issues
- Manage operational and service-related issues with both internal teams and external customers
- Prepare and present reports for clients and support internal reporting requirements
- Maintain and reconcile client databases to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of anomalies
- Oversee day-to-day operations including new fitments, repairs, de-installations, and reinstallations
- Ensure customer branches have the required marketing materials and training for on-selling tracking units
- Provide training to personnel on fleet portal, app, and other product features
- Conduct regular health checks on units and coordinate repairs where necessary
- Monitor FSD staff on client premises to ensure professionalism, punctuality, and productivity
- Implement controls over stock and SIM cards related to the account
- Plan and manage new fitments and update system records accurately
- Manage removal of de-installed or deactivated units and suspend them from billing
- Assist with timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Ensure all additional billing requirements per SLA are processed and invoiced
- Support stock forecasting and budgeting activities
- Ensure all works are executed in line with company policies and procedures
- Source and acquire new business in B2B and SME markets through continuous prospecting
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant work experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in Telematics advantageous
