Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a high-performing Hybrid Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role combines field and office-based sales activities, focusing on delivering advanced security solutions to residential and commercial clients. If you are results-driven, technically inclined, and passionate about customer protection, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers
  • Promote and sell new alarm systems, system upgrades, CCTV solutions, electric fences, and related security products
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new clients and hardware revenue
  • Develop sales opportunities within estates, complexes, and new property developments
  • Generate and close self-sourced leads and new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, developers, architects, and builders
  • Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Maintain all sales-related administration and follow-up on leads and quotations promptly

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in security or capital goods sales with a strong sales track record
  • In-depth knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS and DSC alarm systems
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • PSIRA registration, Grade C

Skills & Attributes

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet applications
  • Professional appearance and sober habits
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Strong aptitude for electronic and technical security equipment
  • Proactive hunter mindset with the ability to generate own leads

  • Consistently achieve revenue and new client acquisition targets
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with estate and existing clients
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads, quotations, and client enquiries
