Position Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Hybrid Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on selling advanced security solutions, including armed monitoring, alarm systems, CCTV, and electric fences, while building strong relationships with clients and key community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers
- Promote and sell new alarm systems, system upgrades, CCTV solutions, and electric fences
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new clients and hardware revenue
- Generate and close self-sourced sales deals
- Follow up on leads received internally and via telesales
- Build long-term relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other key partners
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure all sales administration duties are completed promptly and accurately
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in capital goods sales
- Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS or DSC alarm systems is advantageous
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- PSIRA Grade C registration is advantageous

- Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Internet)

- Strong aptitude for electronic and technical security equipment
- Hunter mindset with the ability to generate new business

- Meet or exceed revenue and new client acquisition targets
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing estate clients
- Follow up on all leads and quotations promptly to maximize conversion
