Job Description
Pepkor is seeking a results-driven Area Growth Manager to expand and strengthen the Flash footprint across the assigned region. This role focuses on driving sales growth, increasing device adoption, and building strong relationships within various sales channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in boosting regional turnover and ensuring consistent product visibility and performance.
Responsibilities
- Grow the Flash footprint within the designated area across all assigned sales channels
- Drive increased sales of Flash devices to boost regional turnover
- Expand the acquiring base by ensuring high adoption rates when deploying Flash devices
- Achieve overall growth in turnover across devices and payment channels in line with business targets
- Conduct regular in-store training on all Flash products during visits
- Maintain strong relationships and ensure a minimum of 90% Red Flag call completion to reduce churn
- Support and manage the kiosk environment in line with agreed operational structures
- Build and maintain effective relationships with all kiosk stakeholders in the region
- Map and geo-locate trader databases to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
- Provide regular feedback and detailed reporting on performance and opportunities
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales or field operations
- Grade 12 qualification
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Excel
- Valid driver’s license
