Digital Marketing Graduate – Job Description

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional media
• Support the rollout, monitoring, and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of content for digital platforms, marketing materials, and internal communications
• Conduct research on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and campaign logistics
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the marketing team
• Develop a working knowledge of the organisation’s products and services to support campaign messaging
• Assist with the daily operations of the Gear-up programme and related marketing initiatives

Digital Marketing Graduate – Job Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent with strong Mathematics results
• BCom Degree
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communication (advantageous)
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Exposure to digital marketing practices such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, content creation, and CMS/analytics tools (advantageous)
