Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a highly skilled ERT Officer (Emergency Response Tactical Officer) to ensure the safety and security of individuals and property. The role involves responding to emergencies, executing tactical operations, supporting law enforcement agencies, and maintaining high standards of operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tactical operations to neutralize threats and manage conflict situations

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and incidents

• Collaborate with law enforcement during tactical operations

• Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports

• Provide training and guidance to staff on tactical procedures and protocols

• Monitor, maintain, and manage tactical equipment and supplies

• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats

• Assist in executing search warrants and other law enforcement operations

• Maintain accurate records of all tactical activities

• Stay current on industry trends, tactical techniques, and best practices

Minimum Requirements

• Valid PSIRA Grade A/B certification

• Proven experience in tactical response, military, or security operations preferred

• Firearm competence in handgun, rifle, and shotgun for business purposes

• Certification in tactical operations, SWAT, or equivalent programs

• Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills

• Ability to remain calm under high-pressure situations

• Physical fitness and endurance to perform demanding tactical duties

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Knowledge of relevant laws and tactical regulations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and move quickly for extended periods

• Visual and hearing acuity to respond effectively to emergencies

• Competence in safely operating firearms and tactical equipment
