Affinity Health is looking for a skilled Experienced Barman to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, extensive knowledge of beverages, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take drink orders and prepare a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies.
• Ensure all drinks are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Recommend beverages to customers based on their preferences and menu offerings.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist in managing bar operations during busy periods.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Barman or Bartender in a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and a wide variety of beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
• TIPS or other relevant certification is advantageous.

Experience Required:

• Cashiering: 2–3 years
• Wine knowledge: 2–3 years
• Beverage preparation: 2–3 years
