Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Protect company assets including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers
- Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented effectively
- Maintain proper store and department layout standards
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries
- Follow correct administration procedures related to stockroom activities, markdowns, and lay-bys
- Ensure merchandise is replenished efficiently and maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store
