Truworths invites skilled professionals to join South Africa’s leading fashion retailer as a Head Office Internal Auditor. This role forms part of the Group Head Office Audit team and offers exposure to integrated and process audits across the Truworths Group, including operations in South Africa and the UK. Key Responsibilities

Perform risk and control assessments for financial and operational processes

Evaluate process design and identify opportunities for improvement

Conduct integrated and risk-based internal audits

Perform control design, effectiveness and substantive testing, including analytical reviews

Compile clear and concise audit reports

Execute audit follow-ups to ensure findings are addressed
Qualifications and Experience
-
Relevant B-degree
-
Professional certification such as CIA will be advantageous
-
Minimum of 2 years’ post-article Internal Audit experience

Proven ability to independently perform end-to-end risk-based audits

Experience auditing finance functions or processes will be advantageous

Retail sector Internal Audit experience will be advantageous
