Job Description

Job Objectives

  • Build and grow a loyal patient base by actively promoting clinic services and delivering exceptional standards of patient care and customer service.

  • Provide a comprehensive range of clinic services, including lifestyle management screening tests, well-baby clinics, immunisations, baby health monitoring, reproductive health services, adult immunisations, primary healthcare for minor ailments and wound care, and phlebotomy services.

  • Counsel and advise patients on health matters and weight management, and refer patients to Pharmacists or other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

  • Ensure patient information is securely, confidentially and accurately captured and maintained on electronic systems, and that payment is received for all services rendered.

  • Ensure the effective and efficient operation of the clinic through accurate administration, coordination of locums, and timely financial and stock management reporting.

  • Manage clinic stock efficiently, prevent loss and shrinkage, monitor cold chain compliance and apply appropriate safety measures, particularly in the handling of medical products.

  • Establish and maintain professional healthcare networks to enhance the commercial viability of the clinic and broaden service offerings.

  • Plan, coordinate and implement Health Days and other initiatives to enhance customer engagement and clinic services.

  • Manage adverse events and medical emergencies in a professional, calm and effective manner.
