Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve processes across production, logistics, and operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization
- Utilize data to drive efficiency, quality, and cost improvements
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with experienced engineers and business leaders
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in process improvement, systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis software, or simulation tools is an advantage
