Inventory Clerk- Omni Montague Gardens – Clicks Group
Job Objectives
-
Coordinate and maintain accurate inventory control and merchandise movement within the Distribution Centre.

Support stock accuracy and efficient warehouse operations through daily inventory-related activities.
-
Assess inventory quality and accuracy, implementing corrective actions where required.

Compile, analyse, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports in line with DC requirements.
-
Manage documentation flow and filing processes to support operational efficiency and company objectives.
-
Liaise effectively with internal teams, business units, and external stakeholders to resolve queries and meet DC and customer needs.
Minimum Requirements
Experience and Education
-
Matric / Grade 12.
-
Logistics Management or related qualification will be an advantage.
-
2–3 years’ experience in warehouse operations or a similar environment.
Job-Related Knowledge and Skills
-
Practical understanding of logistics and warehousing processes.
-
Working knowledge of JDA and MMS systems.
-
Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and corporate governance principles.
-
Understanding of risk management, including loss control, safety, security, and shrinkage management.
-
Knowledge of health and safety standards and practices.
-
Strong proficiency in MS Office and relevant computer applications.
