Job Objectives
-
Coordinate and maintain accurate inventory accountability and merchandise movement within the Distribution Centre.

Support warehouse operations by performing inventory-related activities that ensure stock accuracy and operational efficiency.

Evaluate current inventory status in terms of quality and accuracy, implementing corrective actions where required.

Compile, manage, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports in line with Distribution Centre requirements.

Manage documentation flow and filing processes efficiently to support the achievement of business objectives.

Liaise effectively with internal teams, business units, and external customers to resolve queries and meet Distribution Centre and customer service requirements.
Education and Experience Requirements
-
Matric (Grade 12).
-
Logistics Management or a related qualification is advantageous.
-
2–3 years’ experience in warehouse operations or a related role.
Job Knowledge and Skills Required
-
Practical understanding of logistics and warehousing processes.
-
Knowledge of JDA and MMS systems.
-
Working knowledge of company policies and procedures.
-
Understanding of and commitment to corporate governance principles.
-
Knowledge of risk management related to loss control, safety, security, and shrinkage prevention.

Understanding of health and safety practices and requirements.
-
Strong proficiency in MS Office and relevant computer applications.
