Job Purpose:
We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and highly organised Junior Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role supports the end-to-end design process, from trend research and mood boarding to technical packs and sample reviews, helping translate global trends into commercially appealing collections for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and present trend-driven insights to guide seasonal product development in line with the PEP merchandise strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandise teams to ensure styling aligns with brand relevance and freshness.
• Translate global market trends into visual mood boards and actionable design insights.
• Create technical drawings and design graphics, prints, and embroidery using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Work closely with Buyers to ensure product ranges are balanced, commercial, and innovative.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related creative field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or production-led design is advantageous.
• Proven expertise in graphic design for retail, with a strong understanding of brand identity and consumer behaviour.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience integrating Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney) to create mood boards, textile patterns, and rapid design iterations.
