About the Role

The Junior Project Manager supports project delivery across multiple teams, ensuring timelines, resources, and workflows are managed efficiently. This role works closely with Mid-Level Project Managers and Senior Account Leads to coordinate projects, track progress, and maintain high standards of documentation and governance within AB InBev.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist Mid-Level Project Managers and Senior Account Leads in day-to-day project coordination.
  • Track project timelines, tasks, and dependencies to ensure schedules are met.
  • Maintain clear documentation of project briefs, assets, and resources.
  • Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and escalate appropriately.
  • Provide regular status updates to project managers, account leads, and internal teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for studio resources regarding task assignments and deadlines.
  • Support collaboration between internal teams and external agencies as directed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, task lists, and resource allocation records.
  • Support weekly timesheet and task tracking accuracy checks.
  • Ensure studio workflow compliance, adhering to agreed processes and governance.
  • Assist in preparing basic project reports, including timelines, status updates, and deliverable tracking.
  • Collect and consolidate project progress data to support decision-making.
  • Participate in mentoring, training, and feedback sessions to develop project management skills.
  • Apply learnings to progressively take on more responsibility and complex tasks.
  • Conduct daily project check-ins and support weekly task tracking and reporting.
  • Escalate project issues, risks, or dependencies in a timely manner.
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, account leads, and resources.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles; formal certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus.
  • 0–2 years’ experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or agency/studio environments.
  • Experience multitasking across different projects or brands.
  • Familiarity with project management or task-tracking tools (e.g., Workbook, Asana, Smartsheet) is advantageous.
