Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• 2–4 years retail experience
• Managerial experience advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise Management – Plan, source, and maintain stock levels to meet store targets
• Finance Administration – Monitor budgets, sales, and financial processes
• People Management & Development – Lead, train, and develop team members
• Operations & Maintenance Management – Ensure smooth daily operations and equipment maintenance
• Shrinkage & Security – Implement measures to reduce losses and maintain safety
• Administration – Oversee store documentation, reporting, and compliance
• Customer Service Management – Ensure high standards of service and resolve customer issues
• Sales Promotions Coordination – Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales
