Description:

Purpose of the Job:
The Marketing Coordinator works closely with Buying, Visual Merchandising (VM), Retail, Media, Suppliers, and the Marketing team to ensure all production elements are executed accurately, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination:
- Brief and manage jobs using the RMS system.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure marketing materials are produced, printed, and delivered according to the Timing Plan.
- Manage samples and sample-related administration.
- Create and send purchase orders for all marketing jobs.
- Generate printing DIs for all marketing material.
- Brief stores on VM instructions and verify execution.
- Coordinate internal and external events.
- Manage meetings, diaries, and schedules.
Creative Collation:
- Save and share final marketing materials internally.
- Compile presentations and reports showcasing campaign creative and results.
- Conduct monthly and ad hoc store visits for post-campaign analysis (store windows, competitor activity, etc.).
Competition Facilitation:
- Ensure prizes and vouchers are loaded and distributed.
- Prepare Terms and Conditions for website publication.
- Select, verify, and contact winners.
Digital Marketing:
- Produce creative and effective digital copywriting and proofreading.
- Maintain and update the content calendar for briefing media agencies.
- Monitor and escalate customer feedback to the community management team.
Public Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with publishers and mall marketing management.
- Send weekly and monthly communications to partners.
- Rename and share high-resolution images for editorial briefs.
- Support special events and activations.
Administration:
- File all campaign-related materials and documentation on Google Drive.
- Compile creative review files and presentations.
- Capture invoices and liaise with finance before monthly cut-off dates.
- Record minutes of meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field (advantageous).
- Minimum of 2 years’ brand or marketing experience.
- Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is advantageous.
- Web administration experience and familiarity with CMS/website technology.
- Understanding of retail trends, décor, and the retail market is advantageous.
- 3 years’ experience in report writing.
- Strong administration, planning, organisation, and coordination skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office and Google Suite).
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
