An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and results-driven Mobile Unit Team Leader to oversee and drive mobile sales operations in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Job Description

The Mobile Unit Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the Mobile Sim Agent team to ensure performance excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project plans in line with the SIM strategy to increase VABS in the region.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of Mobile Sim Agents.
• Increase and maintain the number of active Mobile Agents.
• Ensure all Mobile Agents consistently achieve their daily and monthly targets.
• Manage stock distribution effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize losses.
• Ensure all Mobile Agents are accurately captured on Geo Rep.
• Maintain vehicle compliance, ensuring proper maintenance and a valid PDP license at all times.
• Oversee the successful execution of all network campaigns.
• Manage and support ad hoc projects as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Valid Driver’s License with PDP.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
