About the Program:

Job Objectives
As a Pharmacist at Clicks, you will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, while offering professional advice in line with Clicks’ standards, good pharmacy practice, and the legal scope defined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).

You will manage all operational activities within the dispensary efficiently, including stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration, while maintaining compliance with SAPC regulations and company standards. Ensuring the dispensary meets core operational and clinic targets is essential.

You will mentor and develop Pharmacist Assistants and Interns, fostering a motivated and competent team. Delivering excellent customer service initiatives, driving loyalty, and achieving club card participation targets are key responsibilities.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres, will ensure business objectives are achieved. You will also work in partnership with the clinic and healthcare aisle to provide customers with a comprehensive healthcare offering.

This role supports Clicks’ vision to be the first-choice health and beauty retailer by exemplifying and promoting company values.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Registered Pharmacist with SAPC
  • Retail pharmacy experience (desirable)
  • Unisolve experience (desirable)
