Job Description

Job Objectives:

• Deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, and provide advice in accordance with Clicks’ practices, good pharmacy standards, and SAPC regulations.
• Manage all operational activities of the dispensary, including stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration, ensuring compliance with SAPC regulations and company standards.
• Maintain the operational viability of the dispensary by focusing on core dispensary and clinic targets.
• Oversee the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns, ensuring staff competence and motivation in line with SAPC requirements.
• Implement customer service initiatives to enhance the customer experience, build loyalty, and achieve club card participation targets.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres to achieve business objectives and maximize opportunities.
• Promote integration and collaboration with the clinic and healthcare aisle to provide a comprehensive healthcare offering to customers.
• Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting company values.
