Sales Representative – Value Logistics

Purpose of the Role

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by expanding sales across a diverse customer base, including retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple market segments
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics
• Manage customer accounts, including credit arrangements, payment terms, and follow-ups
• Promote and present company products and services to prospective and current clients
• Address customer concerns effectively and provide suitable solutions
• Monitor customer feedback, competitor activities, and market pricing trends
• Implement sales strategies aligned with overall marketing initiatives
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
• Execute daily route plans and ensure all scheduled customer visits are completed on time

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong communication skills
