Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Matric qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in Retail Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Drive sales through strategic planning, prospecting, and outstanding customer service.
  • Stock Management: Implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize losses.
  • Service Department Oversight: Ensure smooth operation of all customer service functions.
  • Store Presentation & Merchandising: Maintain high standards in store layout and visual appeal.
  • Safety, Security & Housekeeping: Uphold store safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Customer Centricity: Enable a customer-focused culture across the team.
  • People Management: Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve high performance.
